Online Order Delays during COVID
Due to a significant increase in order volume, we are experiencing delays in preparing orders. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience – rest assured our team of intrepid adventurers are working hard to fill all online orders as fast as possible! Please read a few notes below to help us prepare your order as fast as possible.
If You Need an Item Immediately: Leaving for a trip tomorrow and need a last-minute item? Visiting one of our locations during regular store hours and purchasing directly in-store will always be the fastest way to guarantee you get what you need without delay.
Shipping Delays Expected: We strive to ship online orders out as fast as possible, but due to increased order volumes, it may take 1-2 business days after your order before it is processed and shipped.
Due to increased shipping volumes nationwide, Canada Post is experiencing longer-than-usual delivery times. These vary widely – some packages arrive within days, others may take weeks. We do not have visibility on Canada Post delays and cannot provide specifics on how long a package may be delayed once it is shipped. We apologize for the inconvenience, and highly suggest anyone purchasing something needed prior to a specific date visit us in-store or select curbside pickup when ordering.
Curbside Pickup: If you want to order online, but are concerned over potential shipping delays, you can select curbside pickup. Your order will be ready within 1-2 days of you placing it.
If you have placed an order for curbside pickup, please wait for an email confirming your order is ready for pickup before you arrive to pickup your order. Our staff are fulfilling orders in the order they are placed, and as a result, it may take 1-2 days for your curbside pickup to be ready.
